Phil's call was to reach many souls for Jesus. He wanted people to experience the same freedom and joy that he found by surrendering his life to Jesus. He contended for Revival!

Phil served as the founding Pastor of Rehoboth Family Fellowship until he graduated to Heaven in December 2021. He served along side his wife Dian, now the lead Pastor of the church. They have two sons, Philip and Joseph. Dian has picked up the baton and will finish the race.  

Phil was a graduate of Christ for the Nations. That is his heart...the nations! He served as an assistant radio host for a program Praise in the Night. He evangelized and held meetings across the nation. He served as an Assistant Pastor before being launched into the ministry and church Rehoboth Family Fellowship.  

We honor Phil for his love of God, family, friends, and people. The vision is to see you and all people living out your destiny with peace, love, joy, and the power of God's Holy Spirit at work in you. We as the body of Rehoboth Revival Center International will carry out that vision.
